As you all have heard, Mr. Kajishima Masaki will be directing the 3rd OVA series, which is also referred to Tenchi Muyo GXP. The characters in this series will be:
Seinan Yamada
Age - 15
The protagonist of the GXP series. Seinan applies to join the Galaxy Police on a whim after receiving a leaflet, and is accepted under the mistaken belief that he is a descendant of the Masaki family. And to think this poor fellow dreams of a quiet and simple life...
Amane Kaunaq
Age - 20
Amane is a second-class detective in the Galaxy Police, and a friend of Mihoshi's. Like Mihoshi, she tends to act without thinking, but she is a respected and determined officer, not to mention an excellent markswoman.
Kiriko Masaki
Age - 21 (actual age 33)
Kiriko is also a Galaxy Police employee, a personnel officer who has known Seinan since his childhood. Although she is a GP officer, she attended university in Tokyo. She has also worked as a lecturer at the Galaxy Police academy.
Note: Although her surname is Masaki, it is debatable whether she is related to Tenchi - the kanji used to write it are different.

Ryoko Balouta
Age - 19
Like the Ryoko we are already familiar with, this woman is a space pirate. But unlike her namesake, this Ryoko has tried to go against the space pirate stereotype by learning to cook, dance, make tea and arrange flowers. And even more contrary to our familiar Ryoko, she just can't take her alcohol!
Mitoto Kuramitsu
Age - ??
Mihoshi's mother, mentioned only briefly in the Tenchi Muyo OAV series (and then not even by name), is a leading character in the GXP series. She works as a cleaning lady at the Galaxy Police headquarters.
