Later, when they got to the planet, Ibara shows up and at his first sight, hugged Ryoko. He asked to speak with her alone and Tenchi agreed, but during Ibara and Ryoko were chatting Tenchi and the other people were having a pinic. Everyone notices Tenchi wasn't in a very good of a mood, except Mihoshi

There were this fight between Ibara and Tenchi, which were sorta like fighting for Ryoko's love. But at the end, like always, Ryoko chooses Tenchi over Ibara
Tenchi and Ryoko always shares treasured moments with each other

Ibara keeps saying Tenchi isn't nice to Ryoko and all, he points it all out. Tenchi was surprised but then realized it was true

When Ryoko and Ibara were talking to each other alone, Tenchi overhears what Ibara said to Ryoko. He wanted her to stay with him
